 VEGANISM 

A person who does not eat any food derived from animals and who typically does not use other animal products is a dictionary meaning of vegan. Veganism is defined as a way of living that attempt to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, whether for food, clothing or any other purpose. Vegan diet plan is very popular now a days. A vegan diet constitutes only plant-based products. It includes vegetables, grains, pulses, colorful fruits. Sacrifice of eggs, honey, eat, fishes, milk, milk products, other flesh of animals. One can plan vegan diet according to his or her daily requirement. In Brittan the rate of becoming vegan is increased. From research study it is cleared that if one person become vegan 70% carbon footprint will be reduced. If one person become vegan for one month it conserves 1.36 lakh litters of water. It ultimately helps to reduce glaciers melting, flood, drought etc. Vegetarian’s diet and being with nature and natural habitat is a good for human health. This diet includes Vitamins, minerals, fibres and antioxidants. In India alone 40 cores people are taking vegetarian diet. Food stuff of vegan diet are like  Wheat, rice, brown rice, jowar, bajara, ragi, corn flour, wheat flour, corn cereals, pulses, chhana, Moong, pigeon pea, gram flour, soya, soya milk. tofu, nuts, like almond peanut, walnut, cashew nut, oat, olive oil, coconut oil, all vegetable oil, jagary/sugar, peanut, almond butter, all fruits, Mushrooms, yeast mixed sprouts, cocoa powder etc. These are ideal diet components. Make a healthy food recipe and enjoy the veganism. Vegan diet is low calorie diet congaing saturated fats and high in fibre, minerals and vitamin C 

What vegan cant not eat?

Exclude all forms of animal exploitation, dairy products. It excludes the food obtained from animals which excludes meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, eggs, even honey and other animal agricultural products.
