A person who does not eat any food derived from animals and who typically does not use other animal products is a dictionary meaning of vegan. Veganism is defined as a way of living that attempt to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, whether for food, clothing or any other purpose. Vegan diet plan is very popular now a days. A vegan diet constitutes only plant-based products. It includes vegetables, grains, pulses, colorful fruits. Sacrifice of eggs, honey, eat, fishes, milk, milk products, other flesh of animals. One can plan vegan diet according to his or her daily requirement. In Brittan the rate of becoming vegan is increased. What vegan cant not eat?

Exclude all forms of animal exploitation, dairy products. It excludes the food obtained from animals which excludes meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, eggs, even honey and other animal agricultural products.
