Preparation of Lemon Squash
Requirements
Lemon -1kg
Sugar 2 kg
Citric acid 30 gm
Potassium Metabisulphide3.5 gm
Procedure
1 ) Take fully riped yellow coloured fresh lemon
2) Squize its juice strain it in a glass container
3) Make a sugar syrup ,cool it
4) Add 30 gm citric acid and preservative 3.5 gm potassium metabisulphide
5) Filled in a sterilized glass water ,store in a freeze
6) Take 3 spoon full syrup and add ice cubes and water in it . Enjoy rich source of energy and Viiamin C. It is ready to serve recipe
